      Got my first mortgage with Southbridge Savings Bank 38 years ago and have never been disappointed. They are very family friendly and business professionals. The merger made them stronger. I like not having fees and they give you a lot of options to save money with interest. I use the Park Ave branch and the Webster branch and have always been treated great.

      I went to the the bank a few days ago to ask a specific question about a transfer...they told me I could do it on my online banking I been waiting for 4 days to "verify" the account to only find out it can't be done that way 😡 I wish they would train their tellers the right way so things like this wouldn't happen...this money transfer was an life or death situation. 🥺
