      From the very beginning of the process the service Rick gave was incredible with ridiculously fast turnaround time on pre-approvals no matter the day or the time. Followed up by great coaching on navigating the unprecedented interest rate environment, to getting cleared to close weeks before our close date, made the buying process as first time homebuyers easier than getting utilities switched over! Can't recommend Rick highly enough!

      I’ve worked with Rick Simoneau of Fairway Mortgage for the past 6 months or so in securing a home loan, and I’m very confident in saying that he’s excellent at what he does. If this score were out of 100 points, he’d get 100. He’s super communicative, making himself available by phone to a degree that i’m not used to in customer service. He’s thorough, taking time on multiple occasions to “do the math” with me when i was confused about how the home loan process works. And he’s just an overall good, upbeat dude who tells it like it is, and works hard to get his customers the best loan possible. I actually enjoyed what could otherwise be a pretty stressful process. Fairway’s online system for signing and uploading documents is easy and reliable, which is another plus. I i’d work with Rick again in a heartbeat, I’ve already recommended him to family and friends.
