      I am giving the branch on Rt 73 Voorhees one star only because it would not let me select zero. If it was up to me for the experience I had with them today I would give them zero. I had to call them with a question about CDs. After my first question(I believe her name is Theresa) rushed to hang up. I called them right back and the manager answered. She also was reluctant to help me with my only one remaining question. I was told to hold and then she hung up. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I drove to the branch as soon as possible and made it there at 4.49pm. There were no other customers and my friend and I headed right over to the manager's desk. We apologized for coming in near the end of the work day. We asked if they could print out a document showing the existence of a CD we have at Cornerstone Bank. We were told that what we needed would take them more than 5min, so they couldn't help us. Furthermore she advised us to go to the branch we usually go to because they knew us there and she doesn't know us. We are extremely disappointed to be turned away in that manner! My friend usually goes to the branch in Burlington and they have absolutely no complaints. However I have a bad taste of Cornerstone Bank in Voorhees. Even though they are closer to where I live I would not bank with them and not at all bank with Cornerstone from now on because of the way we were treated today.
