I love the team at Cornerstone because they consistently put their money where their mouth is. Their communication, tools, and programs combine to make the buying experience as stress free and competitive as possible in this market. We never had to worry about where we were in our transaction. Every step came with an update via email or video text, often both. When we reached out, answers came quickly, even on weekends. They offer a tool that allows you to customize your pre-approval letter for every offer you make. The convenience of this cannot be overstated in a market where submitting offers at short notice is the norm. It’s a huge time saver and allows you to take care of business during non-business hours. Their Power Purchase Certificate is a huge advantage when competing with cash buyers. We didn’t end up needing the 10-day close but it sure was nice to have that in our back pocket. It’s a great way of presenting a “like cash” offer. There were no extra fees for this program besides an expedited appraisal had we needed it. That's a big difference from other “like cash” programs. Along with that, their Homes for Heroes program gives you a substantial credit at closing. Love it! Lastly, they leverage their social media to get their buyer’s needs in front of as large of an audience as possible and will call a listing agent to explain the strength of your financing to make your offer more enticing. They sincerely care about getting you into a home!
