  I came into the Poulsbo branch of Kitsap Bank today to get some legal documents signed and notarized. I was assisted by Garrett at the counter and Michelle Shannon who served as the Notary. This was my first visit to the Poulsbo branch office and do most of my business at the Port Orchard branch. Both Garrett and Michelle were SUPER nice and helpful, while also being efficient and professional. I was VERY impressed and pleased with them both and the service I received at the Poulsbo branch of Kitsap Bank today, May 19, 2022. Thank You!!! CLM

  Bad experience opening a small business account, bad experience trying to withdrawal cash, bad experience trying to get a notary signature. Customer service is poor and the employees act like you are an inconvenience. The Bainbridge branch is great, if you use Kitsap Bank, it’s worth the extra drive.

  These folks are the best!! We have always had fast, friendly, excellent service. Joy gave us personal and special help today that would likely save us and our family future distress. Adelma gave us warm hugs, happy to be able to serve us indoors once again. This is the kind of banking institution we all need where questions and concerns are addressed locally and directly.
