We were referred to Scott by our realtor and we’re so happy that we worked with him AND his team! They were a pleasure to work with! They were very polite, willing to answer questions we had, prompt to respond back. They always kept us in the loop throughout the whole home buying process. The website was very intuitive and easy to upload documents they needed. I was able to upload documents through my phone when I didn’t have access to my laptop. There was one specific event that really made us sure that we made the right decision with going with them. It was a Sunday, we were looking at homes with our realtor and we found a home we really liked, she reached out to Scott and told them we would like to make an offer. He just said, “On it”, and shortly after we had our offer letter to submit to the seller! My wife & I were amazed at how prompt he was, ON A SUNDAY! We would have been perfectly happy if he got it to us the next business day. But that really showed us that they go above and beyond to over deliver! We would absolutely recommend them!
