      I don’t know where to start but I will start by saying ! Richard and his team are not the same as any other lender ! I honestly had given up on our home . I was denied from other lenders and neglected for 10 months ! The lenders wasted our time. I was referred to Richard 3 weeks before closing date . Richard and his team made it happen in 3 weeks !!!!! They were a blessing from heaven . We are so happy to say we received our keys yesterday for our dream home . thank you Richard a million times ! You didn’t give up on us . Marci and Darryl Marshall
