      If you're trying to purchase during amid this wild market, THIS is team you want behind you. Don't look elsewhere. Seriously. I can not say enough good about Tim and his team (Amber). Many years ago I missed my opportunity at a purchase, but met Tim through the process. He made such an impact on me that when the time was right to purchase again, I knew exactly who to trust. Tim was able to not only find me the best interest rate (even lower than expected), he continually monitored the market to ensure if an opportunity arose, I was able to lock in the lower rate. During my 3 month search, he found me a great rate. Then, as Tim does, he saw an opportunity for improvement, dropping my already great rate an additional .125%. This is the type of work you want when financing large numbers. He wouldn't settle for anything but the best for me. Communication was GREAT. No phone call went unanswered and no email was ignored. Regularly throughout my home search, Tim would call to check on how I was doing. He would offer great advice when it came to putting in offers and he had a great working relationship with my chosen realtor. In fact, Tim has a GREAT reputation with MANY in the industry. The best part (besides the great rate), was opening the door to my new home, key in hand, 24 days from the day my offer was accepted. I am thrilled to be a new homeowner and will continue to use/ recommend Tim and his team in the future.
