      My wife and I had just gone through a bad experience with another company, getting out just in time, so it's a pleasure to relate that we have settled a refinance with Cornerstone Mortgage Services in Gaithersburg. Rita Tu was in our corner from the beginning. Every detail was tended to and she was in constant touch with us. In all, we saved a lot of money in costs, and are now saving close to $500 a month on our rental house payment, so that we can breathe for the first time in 10 years. Hopefully this is our last refinance, but when our tenants are ready to buy we'll send them to Cornerstone. Thanks, Rita!
