  Great rates on all my loans truck and motorcycles. Cortney Parker in the Elmira branch is a darling to deal with very helpful.

  I'm from California on business for 10 weeks and was told by Navy Federal I could go to a Corning Bank to use there services while visiting. ATM is fine until I have to deposit over 5k at 30 bills at a time and have a staff member come out asking why my husband and I are out at the ATM for so long. Then when I try to exchange $45 for coin rolls I'm told I have to be a member. No thank you, its $45 in rolled coins for my cash drawer, they act like I'm asking for a loan. I've been able to make this same transaction at other banks with no issue and without being forced to become a member. I only came to this Corning Bank because it's just a block away from our location. I'll take my business to a different bank.

  Been with these guys for years and have lived pay check to pay check for years, paid over $1,000 in over draft fees in about a years time, got stuck between a rock and hard place, asked these guys for help, after being denied help i finally was able to get them to help with what i thought was enough to keep me going with these guys but they failed to disclose that my account would be closed. So i paid them back without the help they offered and they failed to disclose that if i did that they would put me on some sort of probation with them. Lol can't overdraft and if i close my account i can't open one back up with them all within a year. I will most definitely be banking elsewhere.
