      Martha was very clear and concise with what was required and really the whole process .She was always friendly, very helpful, and was able to take care of my request in a very short time.       No problems with Cafcu, except the past few calls I get an operator "Oliver".. it's like speaking with a strict, difficult police officer after you get pulled over; totally robotic responses, cuts you off when I'm trying to give info or details on most recently an issue with a transfer. Doesn't want to listen and does the absolute minimum to help. I've actually hung up to call back to get a different operator before. Otherwise no major issues with Cafcu thus far..
