Moving from NYC to IL was quite a stretch and not knowing most of the important stuff involved in buying a new home was so stressful, I didn't know the right people to contact, just my realtor who referred me to his mtg broker and when we spoke I didn't feel very confident and then my brother in law referred me to Moghees Adil who was full of information without being pushy, he totally did most of the work I don't think I needed an attorney when basically Moghees and his team did most of the work and so quickly too, I closed on my new home in a matter of weeks. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood and also followed up regularly.
