Our KC area branch is the BEST - both phone and counter service. I have been with CAFCU since early 1990's and have used the Kansas City branch since 1997. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. I feel confident working with Corporate America Family Credit Union - KC.

In the middle of pandemic with everything my family has to deal with caring for sick relatives, my wife being furloughed from her job, etc.. When everyone else my utility company, my auto and other insurance agencies have been understanding and even reduced payments. With no notice this organization has been reporting to the credit bureau delinquent and damaging my credit ruining my ability to refinance my house and reduce my debt burden. This is a Credit Union that destroys credit. Thank you for you service.
