      There is no since of welcome. Kim new accounts associate over processes paperwork never addresses policy that goes against customer needs leaving confusion. CorTrust as a brand is awesome. CorTrust Glencoe needs a facelift the gloomy outdated building leaves a stale feeling and not somewhere I would want my money to grow.

      They have the worst website ever for online banking, constant technical problems, very unreliable
