Was only one person working, told me the wrong information about my own account continuously, did not give me any useful information only words no documents, would not let me explain my situation, poor customer service, I miss Klein

Klein Bank went from one of the most personalized, caring banks to now Old National, which in my opinion is just a big bank out to take peoples money. Corporate has no customer service nor do they care if you have been a customer for 20 years. Happy I made the switch and went to Citizen’s bank.

I would give it a zero if I could. Old National Bank is horrible!! Do NOT bank here. The charge $38 an overdraft fee even if you make a deposit a day before! All the fees are outrageous. I’ll be closing all my accounts. I’ll miss all the employees and feel for them. they have to work for this poor excuse for a bank. Bring Klein Bank back!
