  I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Aponte on an issue concerning the title of my home I was in the process of selling. I was put in touch with Ralph through a mutual acquaintance. My husband passed away a few months prior to the sale of the home. The buyer’s title company was listing several things on the paperwork that were part of his estate, but I believed were not part of the title. My lawyer reached out to me and told me there was a problem. She did not appear to agree with me that these items should not be listed. Immediately after explaining the issue to Ralph he assured me that I was correct. He looked over everything, explained what I should say to my lawyer and offered to be available to her should she need to further discuss. The title was clear and the sale went through as planned. I am so grateful that i was put in touch with Ralph Aponte. He was professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for these services.

  I took my mother there to pick up her check from selling a house. She owns a real estate company and she recently had surgery, but she had to come along because they would not release the check to me. They made me take my mom there after just having surgery and made us wait about an hr for the check. When we first walked in a woman asked what we needed help with and then went on lunch, and did not bother telling anyone that we needed help. As I said, we waited almost an hr because that woman wasn't able to say to one of her coworkers, before going to lunch, that we needed help. I work in a doctors office an I always make sure to help the patient, or tell one of my coworkers that someone needs help before going to lunch. It's just the professional thing to do. It was ridiculous to me that she was unable to take two seconds before going to lunch to say someone needs help.
