I was able to obtain a very complicated 203k Renovation loan from The Maier Team at United Mortgage. We purchased a bank foreclosure property on the Navesink River, and obtained additional financing for a 450,000 renovation on the property. The Maier Team is exceptionally well versed in these types of RENOVATION loans and seamlessly interfaced with my builder, the HUD Consultant and the entire team. They worked around a tidelands claim issue with the property, and referred us to a great attorney as well. I have been doing business with William Maier since 1995 and I have had one amazing experience after another . He is like the Mortgage Doctor!!!! We will be using them again!!!!!!!
