My wife and I had been researching Deer Valley Modular Homes for over a year when we made the decision to stop in at Country Comfort Homes in Hot Springs. We were told to tour the homes freely and touch base when finished if we had any questions. When we finished looking at the homes, we met with Brooke and she was very knowledgeable about each home and the Deer Valley brand in general. When we made our decision, we came back and sat down with Brooke. She ordered our home exactly the way we had asked and was very helpful. We worked with Brooke and Country Comfort Homes the entire time our home was being constructed, delivered, set up, and completed. They kept us in the loop and was always able to answer our questions throughout the building process. When our home arrived at the dealer, the owner (Dwaine) came out and went over our entire home with us himself. He was very detailed and you can tell he cares about the customer and the quality of the home. Dwaine was very helpful in our orientation process and gave me some good pointers for when the home was complete. We don't have one complaint about our ordering/building process with Country Comfort Homes or Deer Valley Homebuilders. We would recommend Country Comfort Homes to anyone looking to build a Deer Valley modular home!
