Liz was amazing with just the whole experience, from when I stepped foot onto dealership! She walked me through the entire process! Answered every single question I had! I would even contact her after hours and she was there to assist! She is such a sweet and amazing person! Definitely knows her stuff! Thank you Liz!   They had me bring my car in 2 days before they would even look at it. I asked why I had to bring it so early and they said to get it in the quiche. I was also told they would call me in a couple of days and tell me about when my car would be ready. They failed to do this also. I am just wondering if they are not trying to sell new cars.
