      I've been banking with this credit union for a few years now and my experience has always been positive. Friendly, helpful, and courteous representatives, and quick drive through times. I can do a majority of my banking through their phone app, a convivence that I love, and they maintain good location (Open) hours. The building is also always very clean and welcoming. I've had different credit unions and banks through the years, CoVantage is the best that I have found so far.

      I wish I could give them 0 stars. They will take money from you with no explanation and keep adding on extra money each month. If you try to get to the bottom of the issue you will speak to multiple employees. All who tell you its taken care of. Until the next month when they call asking for more money on top of your loan. Never go through them. You can find better rates and much better customer service just about anywhere else. I'm looking at you Kristen.
