  Inflexible with overdraft fees. I cant do anything about my employer paying me a day late and they refused to help. Any bank that makes money off people who dont have any to spare is a bank that I'll avoid and suggest you do the same.

  Great experience refinancing my house in 2019 for a great rate with only $70 closing cost, and easily dropped the rate on my existing car loan with a 5 minute phone call. They were switching over to a new banking system and website when I started, and there was some pain for some--but that was sorted quickly and I have had no issues. I left Wells Fargo a little over a year ago and never looking back.
