      The men who run Covenant Land Partnership are dishonest people. We lived in one of their homes for three years. We found out they did not own the home. Furthermore, the actual home owner alleged Covenant Land Partnership had not paid their mortgage. In the end, we moved out to let Covenant Land Partnership and the homeowner sort it out. Unfortunately, this happened 2 weeks before my wedding! Dealing with them was a nightmare! Do not do business here. .

      Paid $3500 to get into a home that wasn’t even live able. We paid for the home to be fixed to where we could live in it with our 2 small children at the time since we paid our money. Pregnant and in a home that wasn’t even inspection ready to only be sent foreclosure letters in the mail turns out the home is being foreclosed on due to non payment DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

      I have had a contract with RNW properties for 5 years to buy my house in Edwardsville. Not only are they 3 months behind in the mortgage, they have not been returning calls. Their lawyer is now urging me to sue to get my property back. They are less than reputable, lack professional courtesy and ruin your credit all while saying they are helping you and the less fortunate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
