  I have been doing business with this establishment for more than 20 years. I have pawned and purchased beautiful jewelry and have always been very happy the their outstanding customer service! The staff is very friendly, respectful and courteous. I have always trusted "Covina Jewelry & Loan" and I recommend them highly!

  This store will waste your time and not keep their word. Antonio will tell you to come down to the store and tell you he can help but when you're there its a whole different story. They close the store early but will tell you they are open according to their business hours. According to Antonio, they close early because they have no money! WOW. He should off just said his dog ate all the money. That would off been more believable.

  Hi Noel. You called at 3PM... we closed at 530PM. You showed up after we closed our doors for the night! Unfortunately once our doors are closed, because of insurance and liability we cannot reopen our doors after business hours. We politely asked for you to bring whatever you wanted to pawn on Monday morning at 930, when we re-open for the week. I am sorry that you had a bad experience, we are happy to help you with whatever you need during regular business hours.

  I have been doing business with Antonio and Covina Jewelry & Loan for several years now. Antonio is honest and pleasant. I feel respected and am treated well by all the staff. I've bought jewelry, pawned jewelry and sold jewelry there. Fair and square every time.
