  This team was very helpful! We weren't really looking for a house but when we saw a house we wanted Javier, Alicia and they're team helped us get our stuff together and worked around our schedule and got us in our dream home!   I just recently bought a house, and my realtor was Javier Hernandez with home base lending, he was awesome to work with and very attentive and always in control of things and he will go out of his way for his clients no matter what time it is, he'll be there. I think the best part of the whole process was that he always kept me and my wife informed, and to me that is very important because you always want to know what's going on when your purchasing something that large. He is very good at explaining all the paperwork to you, because everything on that contract is like looking at a trigonometry exam lol, also one thing I noticed he knows a lot of programs that a lot of other realtors don't know about which is great, I went in trying to buy a house and Javier made the whole process run like a well oiled machine, I definitely recommend homebase lending to everyone, I want to thank Javier Hernandez, Alicia Hernandez, and Vanessa Hurtado for every you done for us, Thank you!!!!!
