We recently purchased a property and Bond Street continued to work through each step and communicate with us as we got to closing. Special shout to Carmen, to say she goes above and beyond is an understatement.

  Words cannot express how professional, thorough and helpful the team at Bond Street Mortgage is. I have had the pleasure of working with them not only as a Real Estate Associate but as a Home Buyer. Carmen walked me through the mortgage process and guided me every step of the way. Weekly check in calls were made by Dawn to make sure everything was going smoothly and as planned. Leila and the Underwriting team ensured all documents were in line and assisted with all of my questions and concerns. The entire process was seamless and on target at all times. Buying a home can be stressful, but the team at Bond Street Mortgage kept me calm and stress free. They truly care about you and are excited with you when your mortgage is approved. The calls I received from them the day of closing was beyond what I expected. So much so, that I I cried tears of joy. I was so emotional and thankful, because I couldn't have done it without each of them! To top off the entire experience, after the closing, I received an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement as a "Congratulations on Your New Home and Thank You" for trusting them with my mortgage needs. They truly are a class act and make sure their clients are well taken care of from start to finish!
