  We just closed on our first home with Michael as our mortgage broker – the best decision in this complex process (and market!), especially for the first-time buyer. Of course, the most important point is that Michael got us the best rate. However, for us it was equally as important that his whole team was very helpful throughout the process. Communication was a breeze, they patiently and clearly explained every single aspect of the process (a special thank-you to Susan who spend a lot of time with me). Also, while we were still looking, I greatly appreciated Michael's very quick response on what each specific property we considered would mean in financial terms. It made the decision-making process much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic team and I am very grateful to have found them!

  My experience in working with Michael was Excellent. His expertise made my Condo Purchase so easy for me. He kept me informed and he took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything.   Our first home buying process became a bit more drawn out and stressful than we had hoped, but it could have been much worse without the seamless service Bond Street provided. We really appreciated the simplicity of the digital paperwork transactions, the attention and timeliness provided by the team, and we especially appreciated their tenacity to keep the ball rolling during times when it felt like some of the parties in this transaction had other priorities. Micheal's determination to ensure we got the best rate really left us with a great impression of the whole experience.
