  Craig Rosenfeld was awesome. He very helpful throughout my search for a home. He knew just about every detail I desired in a home and presented potential homes for my consideration until I found the right one. Craig always made himself available when I needed him to show viewings or made arrangements when I needed. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient throughout the process. I appreciate his help so much and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone when buying a home. I enjoyed working with him. Thanks Craig!

  Highly recommended! Craig helped us buy, sell, and buy two houses over the course of 10 years. He managed us dealing with impossible work schedules and even one of us being on travel and having to do stuff from random time zones. He also referred us to colleagues when we were considering a property in a state he wasn't licensed in. Super helpful! Finally, and most importantly for us, he just got the stuff done: Set up appointments? Yep! Deal with a billion showing appointments? Yep! Counseling us on potential inspection items? Yep! Helping us break in to our new home when all the keys were locked inside? Yep yep! Drive to meet us at house showings far away? Yep! Trek through probably tick-infested muddy woods to examine a tire and chemical dump in the back of a potential property? Yep, that too! Yeah ... All that and more. Thanks Craig! Margaret & Vince

The longer he willingly, and patiently stuck by our side, the more I was sure I wanted to stick with him as our realtor. He is extremely resourceful, intelligent, and knowledgeable about the home buying process. He put my worrying at ease and always assured me within time we would meet our goal.
