      1st class service, need an appointment but however the staff was kind enough to let me know that you can able to set up account through the apps, and helped me set it up without needing an appointment.. no time wasted.. excellent service, and friendly.

      Really, approximately 9 years of being with this bank and they had never humiliated me like today in this town the service is heavy, I wanted to open a loan and the lady told me that not everyone could open a loan and I arrived first and she began to attend to other people and told me if I wanted help to wait for an hour or to go to another bank office I was with my children and I don't drive I was already there I had already deposited my check my suggestion as Salvadoran and Hispanic and mother change the staff or be more kind that I treat so badly I will never return to this office I do not recommend them ... and how sad it was a Hispanic

      This Capital One is hard to get in and out of, it’s right off 355 and when you leave, you can only turn right. Every time I come here, the ATMS aren’t working. It’s a huge waste of time for customers, especially when it’s so hard to get to this location.
