      Switched my used car loan, good rate and right now I received 1.5% of loan for transferring my loan. There is a maximum amount they will give though. It went very quickly. Tammy was very pleasant and helpful.

      Rude teller at the window today. I went thru drive thru to pay my house payment this morning. After a good full minute or more she finally looked up and acknowledged me by saying very rudely, that it was going to be a bit because she was busy. No hello, smile or apology. Two more cars pulled in so she called someone else to help. She wasn't much friendlier.
