  They manage to delete some inquiries and that’s about it. Not recommended and they stop responding after one year. The monthly updates are the same that they sent the dispute letters. Nothing changes.

  Got services from them for 1 year. This is a credit repair company "say anything" to get your money and then change up the initial terms you have agreed upon. Read my experience below and go with someone else. They set up a franchise company called True Credit with who I paid 1000$ for services with. Same customer service phone number, same platform (secureclientaccess.com), same representatives. The conditions I was given included receiving services until there were clear results, there was nothing else to be done because some items can be proved to be yours, or until I was satisfied as a customer. However, after 1 year and EXTREMELY mixed results, (I was estimated to have about a 100-150 point increase and most items to be successfully disputed), I was requested to change my address so the next round of dispute letters were successful. Subsequently, after doing so, they started demanding money from me for additional money. The results: they had me spend $1k + $30/month for identityIQ services for a whole year with only a 50 point increase. I followed all their directions. Afterwards they demanded more money (albeit I was promised by them to work on my case without additional fees, which by the way are already astronomical). The whole company is sketch and all of their affiliates. They will try to smooth talk you into it by saying they will craft each dispute letter individually-- this is a lie, maybe not, but the results did not show that. Go with an established company and avoid getting scammed by a bunch of 20-something year old smooth talkers using templates and overselling their service. I suspect most of the other reviews seen here are fake. Good luck!
