      Everyone warns you how horrible/difficult it is to be in escrow. Throughout the home buying process Jim and Fidel at CrossCountry Mortgage made everything more than bearable. They were always on hand to answer my many (first-time home buyer) questions and walk me through the process. When obstacles came up and my loan program needed to change, they were quick to make the changes and ensure there was no delay. They were able to work with me to make sure that my payments would be feasible and that everything would close on time. I would definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

      We approached jim for pre approval of a mortgage loan. Jim responded quickly with a link to an application. We uploaded all the documents as required and he promptly gave us the pre approval letter. We have gone thru the process to secure approval for a mortgage loan. There were lots documents to get and uploaded. The process we followed was in most part pretty easy to do. After all the documents have been uploaded, we got conditional approval in one day. In summary we are very happy with Jim and his team because they made the seemingly arduous and confusing process easy. We have done business with jim for many years And we will continue to do business with him because he is someone we can rely on to get the job done quickly and reliably…
