      This has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I paid $6,500 down on a car that's only worth $8,000 and somehow I still owe $8,000. I'm a single mother and had my baby at the dealership with me when I was signing papers. She was crying and I feel like I was completely taken advantage of because they told me to sign the papers or they would rip them up and I wouldnt have a car at all. I was told I was paying 19% APR when really I'm paying 29%. I unknowingly bought a two-year warrenty on my car as well. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing how badly they screw people over.

      Kristi is very rude and unprofessional and should use a better tone toward people and she is supposed to be a manager in my opinion on previous occasion I have talked with Monica who was very professional and polite on the phone
