  To say I came to Credit Firm stressed out would be the understatement of the century. This team has dealt with my at my worst, and did so with a smile. I had only about 4-5 months to improve my score drastically in order to qualify for an out of state apartment. I knew absolutely about credit or the processes involved. The Credit Firm team knows exactly what they are doing. They understand the intricacies of credit, and credit reporting, and know exactly how to strategize your credit recovery journey. I was skeptical initially, but being able to run things by the team before making decisions helped me greatly. Month after month, my score continues to rise. Now only 5 months into my journey of paying down my balances and relying on Credit Firm, my score has recovered drastically. I qualified for my new apartment and signed the lease today. If you are feeling overwhelmed and not sure where to start, take a consultation with Credit Firm. They will make sure that you both understand the process, and know what steps to take next. I can't recommend this group enough.

  It honestly wasn’t worth the money. When I hired Credit Firm the initial meeting said it would be easy to get my score up to what I needed before closing on my house. They said if they couldn’t get my score to that by a certain date they would refund what I paid. Nothing changed with my credit. I’ve had more luck dealing with the medical accounts directly just wish I would have saved the $1,000 I paid Credit Firm and used it towards paying those off. Save yourself the money and just handle it yourself. And careful believing the positive reviews. When I called to cancel the membership after my scores weren’t where they were supposed to be they tried to convince me to keep paying them with the hopes “another round of letters would make something happen” and to give them a 5 star review that included a picture of me in front of the new home I just purchased (even though I purchased it without any help from them).

  Staring working with CFI in June of last year. It took some time but they helped me dispute all of the negative accounts on my credit and helped me understand how the system works. I dont really trust reviews in this day of age but i can confidently say that they really helped me out and i highly recommend! The only con i had was that there were some reoccurring issues with my payment method but they fixed it.
