Opened bank accounts for myself and my children thinking that opening an account at a credit union would be best compared to national banks. Lobby hours are bad, archaic online bank access definitely needs an upgrade in system. Also getting a rep on the phone is ridiculous 45 minutes estimated wait time. no we will call you back when you are next. Will definitely be moving everyone's account to a different bank

Where’s the ATM at though? I don’t have time to go into the Financial center. Put the ATM back in the parking lot!
