  Very disappointed with this bank because of the following experience. I had two accounts open with Credit Union Advantage "CUA" for more than 2 years. One was checking and another saving. I was moving to another state so I had to close the checking account and was told by the bank officer that I had to keep the saving account open to maintain the credit card that I'm having with them so I did. I didn't remember that one of other credit cards I have "Chase bank" still had the checking account info of CUA CLOSED checking account and I havent remembered to update it. Chase credit card tried to pull money out of the CLOSED checking account with CUA. CUA charged me unfairly with 84$ because my chase credit card tried to pull money out of a CLOSED checking account !! "No money ended up being pulled at all from CUA and the pulling attempts were denied automatically however CUA still charged me 84$ for trying to pull money from a CLOSED account" !! It's totally unfair and doesn't make any sense to charge those fees since I've already CLOSED the account. When I talked to two bank officers over the phone and explained what happened, they totally insisted on me paying those fees. This is totally unfair and disappointing!

  Missing money from my account and when I questioned about it I was humiliated i was treated lik I ask them about their money.
