  Chris was phenomenal. In about an hour we were able to get a loan to pay off debt, get a credit card with cash back, boost my savings account, and refinance a car for a lower rate. He was funny and kind the whole time. Recommend!

  PLAN TO WAIT AN ENTIRE DAY if you must go to the bank. Ever since they switched to online tellers…. It has been AWFUL. EVERY time I need to take cash to deposit, I have to wait in stupid long lines. Then when it’s my turn, the teller prompt says your Estimated Wait time is 2-5mins and then usually it’s LONGER than that. So fed up. So annoyed. So frustrated. Wasted an entire half hour today simply to deposit a check. Technology is great, and a neat thought, but at this location it is absolutely TERRIBLE. Hate this bank, after having loved it for decades. Looking for a new bank— one with real people. Any recommendations?

  We have moved our personal and business banking to CUofA based on the level of service in the branch, security of the digital platform, and the services online.
