      Michelle was so amazing! We cannot say enough about how effortless she made things for us! Our experience was so much better than we even expected it to be. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She even got us approved within a few hours of reaching out to her.       This company has been horrible to work with. They do not communicate with their clients whatsoever. We have yet to hear from them after a lump sum payment we made and they refuse to let you speak with any supervisor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE! Save yourself from this terrible mortgage company.
