  Hello, we apologize for your wait. We’re doing our best to keep a healthy environment for our staff and members. With COVID quarantines that required us to close some of our lobbies and current staffing shortages, wait times have increased. During this time, please visit with our TAP Tellers in the drive-thru or check out the functionalities available within online banking. Another option is leaving a call back number with our Support Center, to avoid hold times.   Tried to call to make a loan payment at 9am this Saturday and could not get through to a representative. The robot kept telling me the office was closed and to call back during normal buisness hours. They would not accept my account number through automation & kept referring me to the representatives that were not available. Your info says you should be open till 1pm on Saturdays, therefor there should be representatives available to assist your members until 1pm saturdays. 👎👎👎👎👎

  Hi Devon, thank you for alerting us to this. Upon further review It appears our loan payment system menu did not switch over to available as it should have on Saturday morning. We are working to resolve this so it does not happen again in the future. Just so you are aware, our member support representatives are also available to assist with making a payment over the phone during business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your membership!
