      I've been banking with Credit Union of Colorado for 30 years. I've had auto loans, checking, savings, and credit card accounts with them. Their rates are great and I've never had any issues.

      Avoid at all cost. They don’t stand behind their members they stand in their way when recovering funds from fraudulent charges. This hasn’t happened once but it’s happened 2 TIMES where I had to take an entire day off work to get my money back. There were so many hoops to jump through it was insane.

      Careless with the customers. When unauthorized transaction was found on my account they did the bare minimum and made it hell to get a new card. Once I got the new card they didnt give me a pin or go over how to get a pin. When I called it was a pin feedback loop where it would send me to customer service and they would send me back to the pin number. Without success. I called again another day and the agent said to use all zeros to change the pin WHICH DOESNT WORK!! That ended up locking my card and I was not able to access my money when I needed it the most. When I called up to get help with it the other agent had a very bad attitude and was not able to help anyways. Not a fan.
