      absolutely terrible all around. slow service at all times, there will be 4 tellers and only one or two of them actually helping customers while there’s a line backing out the door. plus now they’re only open 3 days a week & close at 4’o clock and that’s supposed to be okay

      Have been a member with CUNJ for 4 years & have experienced THE WORST customer service this week applying for a credit line increase on my credit card (every other company you don't even have to reapply). I will be closing my accounts out with them & taking my business elsewhere
