I don't understand why everything has to be in person with this credit union. I can't do anything online, and it's so inefficient. Whenever I go, I'm waiting in a long line because the tellers are having unnecessary conversations. Or I have to come back because I have to schedule an appointment, something I called the Credit Union earlier and the rep told me to just walk in.

I have been with this bank since before the merge, took out 2 personal loans, without a problem and I have never had a bad employee, they have always been very pleasant, I dont think I have ever waited over 10 min. I really like this bank.
