My husband has forever bragged on Shelly Renfro at the bank. I recently was waited on by her and I understand now why he thought so highly of her. So friendly and helpful. All the staff in Rockwall branch are professional and friendly.

Made an appointment, showed up on time followed all their processes for check in. Waited 30-40 mins past my scheduled time, only to be cut off by someone with out an appointment. The banker asked the person if they were me, the other customer said no. After explaining to the other customer that they didn’t have an appointment, the banker went ahead and helped them anyways. With no consideration for my time, or scheduled appointment. They didn’t even come over to apologize, or try to remedy the situation. Horrible customer service, will no longer be considering their services.

Went in with my wife to make an account, they literally took someone without an appointment in front of us even though we had a scheduled appointment and had been waiting 40 mins past our appointment time. We got up and walked out. Bad customer service.
