      If you want to do your banking where it's like old fashion banking where you actually recognize the same person twice and they even recognize you, go to Credit Union West! The are always there to greet you with a smile and help with any assistance you need. I got help during my divorce several years ago to finance a new car and then now to get a HELOC line to open a new business. I have a personal banker now there and I think I'm going to move all my other money over from Bank of America where they constantly gouge me with fees and never know me after 30 years of banking there.

      My Mother died nearly 2 years ago. She still has money in an account. Being the executor of her trust, they refuse to release those funds to Me. Those funds ARE NOT IN THE TRUST. My family and I have been at this location, numerous times, to collect. And their still refusing to release. Slim shady people.
