      Been with this bank just over 10 years. I was told that they were new to Arizona, that it was a free checking account and that since they were new, they would reimburse me for any outside ATM fees. Since signing up with them, the two branches near where I live have closed with in the last 5 years. Closest branch to my home is now 19 miles away and they no longer reimburse ATM fees. They also say that they have change machines free to members, but that havent worked in a while. Thank goodness I found this all out prior to refinancing my home, Time to go back to the bank I was prior to them. Very sad to leave, but a right decision.

      Worst bank o ever dealt with when we opened the account the women insisted on 3 accounts which we clearly did not need. You call the customer service number they want to transfer to the branch, They love to slam you with fees. News flash the economy is in the shut people are struggling. Now they closed all my accounts. I have to go through the headache of finding a new bank and changing my direct deposits. Now they claim my accounts are closed but still letting things to go through making that overdraft money. I got to say Patrick has been great and helpful thank you. Thanks for nothing! They kicked us out with a weeks notice can’t get your direct deposit set up that fast and I get disability benefits. Totally screwed us
