      So rude just called for some general questions. The lady had so much attitude for no reason. I was planning on financing a car with them again! They need to find more positive employees.

      Called in to a branch location to ask if they had a notary and was directed to this location. I called to make sure and was told they had a notary and sounded happpy to help. I showed up at the main branch and was rudely told that notary services were for Credit Union members only. When I mentioned the prior call, I was told that the attendant couldn't "verify who (I had) talked to."
