      they have no power to resolve my complaint . none on the cust care line or the local branch. all I wanted was to be able to access my tractions past 30 days ago. and for someone to be able to access my at fsb and to be able to stop a auto deduction from taking place on my account for which I didn't give the organization in question permission to do so. I needed to be able to take care of this procedure by phone because I am disabled. Bank of America never had trouble with this type of problem.Never! BoA Never had any problems with taking care of my account by phone or computer! NEVER!
