  Our realtor referred us to Cross Country, which was an absolute grand slam. Sean Hadley and Chris Bullock were available at the drop of a hat to answer any questions we had or walk through the paperwork. They handled everything from A to Z and made the home buying process a breeze. As first time home buyers, we were incredibly skeptical. After speaking with Sean the first time, we knew we had our guy. He was cool and confident, and super knowledgeable. Sean spent nearly an hour on the phone with us when we first called, talking us through every option on the table. We hung up confident that we made the right choice. Ultimately, Sean and Chris streamlined the lending and closing processes so efficiently that we completely sidelined the competition. CC was always one step ahead of us, so they could preempt our questions or provide the detail we needed before we even knew we needed it. Their online platform shreds the paperwork and provides easy access to all the forms / contracts so you can review and comb through it with ease. If you're in the market, give them a call.

  It has taken me 2 years to be calm enough to leave a review for this place. I have that much contempt for them. I was referred to them by my realtor, thru the whole process I kept asking the broker, I can't remember his name, about different things and checking on this or that, about 2 weeks before close he told me to stop doing everyone else's job and relax.... 10 days before close he called me and told me there was a problem missed and they are backing out and not giving me the loan, TEN DAYS BEFORE CLOSE. then I go to another broker and cross country refused to release my title, no one would answer their phones and voicemail was always full, I had to Google some random people tied to the company who all turned out to be VIPs and call them to get a response from the office who then proceeded to tell me if they can't lend to me no one can, Yada yada.. the other broker was able to complete the sale and get me my home. If it were up to cross country I'd be homeless. Terrible terrible company. I have plenty more to say but I digress. Do not trust this company with your future.
