      We recently visited Key Bank in Brecksville to help my elderly mother-in-law complete some paperwork. We were incredibly fortunate to meet with Darinka Jokanovic. Ms. Jokanovic was extremely patient and kind, taking all the time necessary to thoroughly address all of my mother-in-law’s questions and concerns. After we left the bank, she remained available by phone for follow-up questions and has continued to be amazingly responsive to us even after we returned to our home in Virginia. Being at such a distance often presents a challenge when we need to assist my mother-in-law with financial issues. Ms. Jokanovic has been a godsend. We are extremely grateful for her expertise, kindness, and patience.

      Service is terrible, the ladies here are very rude. If you are a younger and need a cash withdrawal they will question your profession and give you judgmental looks.

      I've been banking with them for the past 5 months or so, i've made several check deposits, all of them clearing the next day, ALL OF THEM. Except, the last check, It's been 4 days, still hasn't cleared.. This bank is a joke, and the service is a joke at this point. I'll be taking my money else where.

      Hello Simis, any paper check may be subject to a hold until we have actually received the funds from the other bank. This is not immediate but usually only takes a few business days.
