  It was an absolute pleasure working with Cross Country Mortgage!!! I worked with their whole team to purchase my home and the experience exceeded all expectations!! Throughout the whole process, they were there every step of the way, ensuring I received the lowest rate possible, securing my loan and promptly answering every question I had. I never felt like “just another client”, they were patient, detailed, insightful, reliable and I felt valued as a client! 10/10 experience all around!!! I highly recommend working with them! You will not be disappointed! Can’t say thank you enough to Mark, James, Amy, Christine, and Zack!

  Over the last 7 years I have found myself dabbling in the real estate market, buying property , refinancing property to purchase more property and so on. My most recent accomplishment is the purchase of My Ranch that was only a dream until MAY 2022 when I closed Escrow. I have had the pleasure of working with multiple lenders throughout the years but no other company compares to the Allenbach dream team as I like to call them. My transactions with James Allenbach have always been spot on. From the moment we open escrow to the time we close escrow James and his team maintain me and everyone involved informed and up to date to what's going on with the transaction. When ever I have questions Amy / Christine / Mark /or Zach are all always able to answer my questions on the spot. This team is unbelievable! They always have my best interest in mind, in one scenario my real estate agent for a previous transaction was pushing for me to remove contingencies way too early in the game, James Allenbach pumped the breaks so quick it made everyones head spin. In a very professional email James reminded that agent that they needed to look out for my best interest and do their J.O.B. After that I do not look any further when referring my family and fiends over to a lender. I highly recommend James and his dream team. Thank you for taking care of me and my people, I appreciate you!

  Can't say enough good things about our experience with James and Zach at CrossCountry. They were consimate professionals throughout our entire home buying process, always making themselves available to answer questions, respond quickly to emails, and guide us along the way. They have now become our go-to dream team, and we can't say enough about how happy we were with their services. Thanks so much for making our dreams come true!
