CrossCountry Mortgage is a great company to seek a mortgage with. I was given the contact information for Richard Kimball and his team by my prospective builder. I had a unique situation where I needed a letter of confirmation in order for my builder to begin building, but needed 6 months to clear a debt that would prevent me from a loan in the amount needed. My conversation with Rich was very positive. He said there is no problem handling this. Everything went perfect. 9 months later when the house was built, my mortgage closed without any issues!

This company mismanaged my escrow for years. Stuck me me a $6k tax bill on top of asking for another $10k for the year. They insisted on $15k for a $6.3k taxes. When I called to get it fixed they said I don't know what I'm talking about. They are a garbage company. Never go with them. Pick a more reputable lender. Buyer beware! When I see adds for them on social media I comment DON'T USE THEM and how they mismanaged. They delete my comments each time. They don't want any customers telling others how badly they treat you.
